Firstly, contact our Support Department by phone + 34 677 551 536 or by mail support@usyscom.com. Our Technicians will attend your query and try to solve the problem remotely if possible. Otherwise you will be indicated to send the unit back

When our Support Team recommend to send the unit back to our Repair Centre, please download and complete our Return Matherial Form to return with your product. This will give us all the information that we will require to process the request for repair as quickly as possible. Ensure that you enclose the form including, Serial Number and Model of the product, your contact information and a clear description of the problem that you are having.

We recommend that you remove all accessories that are not relevant to the repair (SIM cards, cables, antennas…).

If you are making a claim under the terms of our warranty, please ensure that you include a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt, sales invoice). Otherwise, please indicate whether or not you require us to provide an estimate of the costs involved before we carry out the repair.

The equipment will be booked in to our Quality Database as soon as possible after arriving and will be assigned a unique Reference Number. This process will produce an acknowledgement that will be sent to you by e-mail ( please, remember to include your e-mail information in the form )
